Important Matters (Zoom Classes)

Terms & Conditions for Zoom classes:

Please read the terms and conditions before you proceed with registration.

​REGISTRATION FEE ($85)
  • $35 non-refundable registration fee
  • $50 advanced payment of fee. This amount will be deducted from the last payment in Sep 2026.


Note:
  1. Parents are still required to complete the registration process for the 2026 classes as there is no auto-enrolment.
  2. Enrolment priority for 2026 classes will be given to last year's students, followed by their siblings. After accommodating these groups, any remaining vacancies will be made available to new students on a first-come-first-served basis. If the class capacity is exceeded, late registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
  3. Registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable for cancellations made from Dec 2025 onwards.

​WITHDRAWAL POLICY
To discontinue lessons in 2026, parents are required to provide a one-month notice. If such notice is given, the $50 advanced payment will be deducted from the child's final fee. However, in the event of a sudden withdrawal of your child from the class, a penalty applies: the $50 advanced payment becomes non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our withdrawal policy.

Tuition Fees

  • Fees are payable at the start of each month​. Please make payment only after you have received the monthly tuition schedule and fee reminder via Google Classroom or WhatsApp.
  • The monthly fee is calculated according to the number of lessons scheduled for that specific month.
  • There will be no charge for tuition breaks, which may or may not fall on school or public holidays. 
  • Students who are not able to attend their regular time-slot in Tr Angela's class have the option to attend a replacement lesson held during the same weekend.
  • Tuition fees are non-refundable for absences from class. However, absentees can receive a video link of the lesson for review. (*)


MODE OF PAYMENT
Tuition Fee can be conveniently paid via PayLah or PayNow to Tr Angela's mobile number. After making payment, parents are kindly requested to tag their child's name and send a screenshot as proof of payment to Tr Angela's WhatsApp number.

Tuition Matters

  • Your child is advised to attend every lesson to ensure he/she stays on track and derives maximum benefit from the course.​
  • In case of absence (*), parents are to notify the tutor in advance to arrange for a Zoom recording or a replacement lesson.
  • Your child is advised to complete homework assignments diligently and do regular revision. Parents are recommended to actively monitor their child's revision progress and review their worksheets regularly.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Kindly make sure that your email address and contact numbers are up-to-date.
  • Prior to your child's first lesson, parents will receive an invitation email to join Google Classroom. Alternatively, you can obtain a class code for logging into Google Classroom. If desired, requests can also be made to include your spouse and child, ensuring they receive all the necessary updates.
  • Every week, new worksheets, lesson summaries, and homework advice are shared via Google Classroom.
  • Marked worksheets are returned via email or WhatsApp.​
  • WhatsApp is used to communicate matters that will require your immediate attention.
  • For Tr Joy's Secondary Level Classes, students will be added in a dedicated WhatsApp Group Chatroom so that they can receive weekly lesson summary, homework reminder and worksheets. Students can also use this channel to consult Tr Joy on tuition matters.
